RCA

The REALTORS® Commercial Alliance of Broward, Palm Beaches and Treasure Coast (RCA) provides specialty services, quality education and valuable networking opportunities solely for the benefit of the commercial real estate practitioner.

RCA adopted its current name in 2108 but was previously known as the Society of COMMERCIAL REALTORS® of Greater Fort Lauderdale. The group was established in 1993 by a group of visionary commercial practitioners who recognized the need for specialized services. Membership with the RCA is exclusive to real estate professionals who devote the majority of their real estate activity to commercial real estate. This ensures that our entire membership is geared towards the same goals and objectives.

The RCA lobbies governmental issues specific to the commercial real estate industry and strives to raise and maintain the image of its members within the community. The RCA’s primary objective is to increase the earning potential of its members while offering continuous support at the local, state and national levels.

In May 2008, the RCA was among the first group of commercial organizations to be recognized by the Commercial Division of the National Association of REALTORS® for obtaining their Commercial Services Accreditation and identified as a leader of excellence in commercial real estate.
